PRE-BOOKEDThe flagship race. A timed 8KM road run for serious runners and first-timers ready for a challenge. Finisher zone at the stadium.
PRE-BOOKEDWalk it, jog it, or run it. A relaxed 5KM that is as much about the experience as the finish line.
WALK-IN100m, 200m, 400m sprints, team relays, and dedicated kids' races on the track. Open all day, no pre-booking required.
WALK-INMultiple courses for all ages and fitness levels. Crawl, climb, jump and push through. Family-friendly zones plus a more challenging adult course.
WALK-INStrap into a giant inflatable bubble and play the most chaotic, hilarious version of soccer imaginable.
Minimum height requirement applies — see signage on the day.
WALK-INSack races, egg and spoon, three-legged races, tug of war, and skipping rope. For all ages, especially the kids. Running all day.
WALK-INSquats, push-ups, planks, agility ladder, burpees and timed endurance challenges. Compete against yourself or go head to head with others. All equipment provided.
Recommended for ages 12 and above.

ALL DAYA curated selection of local food vendors offering a variety of cuisines all day. Cashless — card and digital payments only.
All activities run on first come, first served.
All games and activities, except the 8KM and 5KM road runs, operate on a first come, first served queue system. No pre-booking is available or required. Popular zones fill up fast from 09:00 — arrive early and head to your priority zone first.
From sunrise to final performance — here is everything happening on the day.
Gates open
Race pack collection begins at Registration Tents. A re-entry wristband is issued at the gate — keep it on. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
8KM Power Run · starting gun
Timed race, finisher zone at the stadium. All 8KM runners must be at the start line by 06:50. Food Market opens.
5KM Fun Run · start
Walk, jog, or run. 5KM runners should line up by 07:20.
Track Runs open
100m, 200m, 400m heats, relays, and kids' races. Running all day.
Activity zones open
Obstacle Courses, Bubble Soccer, Power Pit and Backyard Legends Zone all open. First come, first served queues begin.
Main Stage entertainment begins
Warm-up demo, celebrity guests (Sbahle Mpisane, Lebohang Lephatsoana, Neo Hinade), live music, dance, beauty showcases.
Peak energy
All zones fully operational. Food Market at its busiest.
Prize giveaways and competitions
Live from the Main Stage.
Last sessions
Final calls at the Power Pit and Obstacle Course.
Event concludes
Main Stage closes with final performances and prize giving. Food Market closes. Gates close.
