4.1 Ticketing platforms
Tickets may be purchased directly on www.powerupgames.co.za, or via Quicket and Computicket. Where tickets are purchased on third-party platforms, these platforms operate their own privacy policies and are responsible for the security of payment data on their systems. We receive attendee information (name, email, ticket type) to manage event entry and communications.
4.2 Rallinca Media (Pty) Ltd
As the event organiser, Rallinca Media processes attendee, vendor, exhibitor, and sponsor information on behalf of NativeChild Africa (Pty) Ltd for event logistics and communications purposes only.
4.3 Service providers
We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g. email platforms, security, medical teams) where necessary for event operations. All service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.
Ticket purchase records: 5 years (as required for financial and tax compliance)
Exhibitor, vendor, and sponsor enquiry records: 2 years
Event attendance records: 1 year

Photographs and video: Retained indefinitely for marketing and CSI impact reporting, unless you request removal
After the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymised.

By attending the NativeChild Power Up Games 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by event staff, appointed content creators, and media present at the event. Images and footage may be used for marketing, social media, editorial, and CSI impact reporting purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff at the information desk on arrival.
By bringing a minor to the event, the parent or guardian consents to that minor being photographed or filmed as part of general event coverage on the same terms as adult attendees.
