Refund Policy.

All tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including no-shows or late arrivals on the day.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable. Simply pass it on to someone else. The person attending just needs to present your ticket (printed or digital) at the gate. The name on the ticket does not need to match.

In the unlikely event that NativeChild cancels or postpones the Power Up Games, all ticket holders will receive a credit valid for the next NativeChild Power Up Games event. No cash refunds will be issued.

NativeChild will not be liable for any consequential costs incurred by attendees such as travel or accommodation in the event of cancellation or postponement.
